The unavailability rule needs to STAY.Grocery stores SHOULD NOT be able to get around the rule by stating "supplies are limited" or "that advertised items are available only at select stores" Grocery stores SHOULD BE held in violation if quantities are not available, because I question THEIR determination of reasonable demand. Additionally the rule SHOULD BE EXPANDED to cover other retailers. I think it is egregious that during BLACK FRIDAY or other heavy sales times retailers advertise amazing discounts knowing full well there is insuficient inventory. One wastes time during this practice, it feels like a "bait and switch" set up, and I feel it is a clearly deceptive practice on behalf of the retailers.
