This is an excellent idea whose time has come. The Yellow Energy guide sticker is a known quantity, having been in the marketplace for some time. I would further suggest that the energy star logo be used in conjunction with this proposal (as it is for other appliances) and the Energy STAR Version be prominent as well- i.e. Energy Star 4.0 or 5.0 standard. A quick visual that a TV or Computer monitor is energy star version 5 compliant would save a good deal of comparison time for the consumer.
