I am opposed to outbound telemarketing to consumers unless it is intended to provide service on an existing business relationship. Cold calling should not be allowed. Recorded messages should not be allowed unless providing service for an existing relationship. No solicitation for new business ought to be permitted if not directly related to an existing business relationship. Period.
