I have recived personal benefit from interactive notifications from companies that I do business with. When I open a new auto loan, an automated interactive notification told me of the correct terms of the account that I had mistaken. This requirement unfairly effects me and the companies I do business with. Companies that I have an existing relationship with should be able to contact me by phone with a person or automated system so long as I have an a chance to opt out of this notification once they have contacted me. Of course, if I have perviously stated that I do not want to received beneficial notifications such as this then they should not contact me. If a company that I am doing business with is contacting me excessively, I am going to take my business elsewhere. This is my decision and responsibility as a consumer.
