Prerecorded calls should be forbidden. They serve only to annoy victims and waste their time. Telemarketers should be required to make calls one at time, then wait for an answer. Telemarketers should be absolutely forbidden from using automatic dialing machines. Rushing to answer the phone only to find nobody there constitutes an unacceptable interruption as well as a waste of the victim's valuable time.
