As a consumer, I recieve pre-recorded calls from my dentist, doctor and others with whom I have pre-existing relationships. I am not sure why these should be banned...obviously, I do not want random companies leaving me messages but I am completely OK with companies I have relationships with. Regards, Holly Fogle
