Please regulate the use of telephones, both land line and cellular to prevent the initiation of sales calls to those who have requested inclusion in the federal no-call directory. I do not want my peace and quiet disturbed - there are so many other ways for businesses go get their message to me that it is unnecessary and violation of my privacy to have these calls come into my home. If you prohibit them all, you would also eliminate the dead calls too. If I want a business to call, I will tell them and you can help by preventing them from calling unless I have given permission. It would also be useful if the FTC made it easier for citizens to file complaints against those that break the regulations and to impose stiffer fines. thanks, Jeff Pollard
