I think the TSR is fine as is. Any additional Restrictions on automated calls from my vendors such as my pharmacy, etc. would not be welcome by me. I find that the automated calls, informing me as to the status of my orders is very beneficial. For me or my chosen vendors it is an unwanted burden to ask foe a written document, authorizing the use of such calls. If prior consent is required, the approval should be made by a verbal or an automated, touch tone system.
