Dear FTC: Don’t prohibit pre-recorded messages. Just about everyone prefers them to live calls from pushy salespeople. Also, if you make pre-recorded messages illegal, it will only lead to more jobs being sent overseas. I’m on the DNC list and I’ve never gotten a single pre-recorded message. Just enforce the DNC Rules, and let Americans keep their jobs. Yours truly, Ralph Vanbuskirk
