Dear FTC Comment Committee: I object to a blanket prohibition against pre-recorded messages. These calls are not nearly as annoying as getting a call from some pushy salesperson. Pre-recorded messages are much better because they give me a choice to talk to someone or hang up. Besides, the Federal DNC List is there to protect consumers. It seems to me that prohibiting pre-recorded messages will only lead to more annoying sales calls. Thank you, Stephanie Estrada
