Dear FTC: Pre-recorded messages are NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem is with telemarketers who violate the DNC lists. If a company violates the old rule, they are going to violate the new one. Also, pre-recorded messages are preferable to getting a call from a live person. Don’t change the rules. Sincerely, Carissa Garcia
