Dear FTC: Please note my objection to changing your rules to prohibit pre-recorded messages. Like many consumers, I have no problem with these messages. My problem is with telemarketers who violate the DNC rules. If a telemarketer violates the DNC List, they are going to violate any other rules as well. Sincerely, Veronica Gonzales
