Dear FTC: The government should allow pre-recorded messages, because consumers prefer them to live calls from pushy salespeople. I also think that changing the rules will only encourage telemarketers to move overseas. Then they will be free to violate the rules, and more U.S. jobs will go to foreigners. Yours truly, Ed
