Comments:I feel that FTC should prohibit prerecorded telemarketing calls for those citizens that add their names to a "Do Not Call" list. Frequently upon returning from work I have 12 or more messages on my machine and all will be recorded messages. This was especially true when it was election time. One feels like just pressing delete, delete, delete but then realizes there may be a message from a family member that you need to hear. Also, the blank space when one answers the phone is extremely annoying as you are never sure if anyone if there.
