I do not want to receive pre-recorded telephone calls on my home phone. They are probably more annoying than talking to an actual person. The dead air phone calls are equally annoying. I have a phone so I can keep in touch with friends and family, and so I can choose who I will contact for information or for a service. I do not want to pay for phone service so companies can use it for their convenience in their marketing efforts. Thank you. Ann House
