The fact that we have to listen to these calls is pointless. We are the "owners" of our telephone lines. We do not get paid to listen to their sales pitches. Now they want to increase the Abandon Rate of there calls? They should not be calling us anyway unless they are going to pay for our phone service. We should be only getting calls to whom we request to call us. Instead we have to listen to sales pitches and calls from companies that are non-profit and listen to them ask for money. PLEASE do not allow this change.
