Comments:I am so tired of having to put a consumer on hold in order to answer a ringing telephone, only to have "dead air". We are a small staff of 4 people and receive approximately 7 such calls per day. At home I receive approximately 2 per evening. Please do something about this major annoyance, it is very disruptive and quite annoying. Thank you!
