I have placed my telephone number on the "Do Not Call" registry. However, I have been getting numerous telephone calls from precorded messages and others that are soliciting mortgages. I have not sought mortgages from other companies that I do not have a relationship with, so there should not have been any excused for them to call me. Furthermore, I have been getting calls from others and when I tell them that I am on the do not call list, they just hang up. Why should I have to tell them that?
