These calls are annoying and it seems to me, if you on the DNC registry, no one should be allowed to telemarket to you either at home or at work. Recorded calls are even more annoying because sometimes they sound like there is a problem with a credit account, etc. and grabs your attention until you figure out that it is just another annoying telemarketing call.
