Please STRENGTHEN rather than weaken any regulations about: 1) unsolicted prerecorded telemarketing calls 2) methods for measuring the maximum allowable call abandonment rate All unsolicted prerecorded telemarketing calls are invasive and a nuisance for the general population; including the abandoned or dead air calls; these calls are especially confusing and often misleading and abusive for vulnerable populations such as the frail elderly.
