Comments:
The FTC should prohibit prerecorded telemarketing calls. Most reasonable consumers, including myself, consider prerecorded telemarketing sales calls abusive to privacy rights. The FTC's proposal should not allow any percentage of sales calls to be abandoned, since they result in annoying dead air calls.
