I do not like all the pre recorded phone calls and dead phone calls. I think they should be included on the DNC list. They are a bother. This first proposal would amend the TSR by expressly prohibiting unsolicited prerecorded telemarketing calls answered by a consumer without the consumer’s prior written agreement and the second proposal would amend the prescribed method for measuring the maximum allowable call abandonment rate in the TSR’s existing safe harbor provision. These shold be in effect immediatly.
