Dear Sirs, I do not want to be subject to prerecorded sales calls or annoying abandoned calls from telemarketers. This happens quite frequently even though I am on the "do not call" list. Recently I was called many times over many weeks with no message left from this company, "Direct Advantage Marketing", who I traced through their phone # and name that I got off my caller ID: http://www.dam.com/Contact.html I e-mailed them to stop, and they did, but they definitely did not have an "established business relationship" with me. I'm pretty sure they are using an auto-dialer as one time I answered the phone before my answering machine picked up, and there was too long a hesitation before a live voice came on just as I was hanging up. Please don't allow in your new proposal that a percentage of sales calls are OK to be abandoned, resulting in the annoying dead air calls. Thank you, William Kelm
