Comments:
I do not want to be subject to prerecorded sales calls or annoying abandoned calls. I believe myself to be a "reasonable" consumer and I do consider prerecorded telemarketing sales calls abusive to my privacy rights, even if I did purchase merchandise or made an inquiry to the business within the last 18 months. If I need to contact the business, I wish to do so at my choice and timing. I strongly encourage the FTC to prohibit prerecorded telemarketing calls to consumers.
