To Whom It May Concern: I feel pre-recorded messages to a newspapers subscriber base is not an invasion of privacy and is an economical way to convey critical messages. We do not use pre-recorded messages at our newspapers but, I certainly would if responsible for a small newspaper where staffing was problematic. Please consider this factor in making this decision.
