Please ban all robo-calls (pre-recorded telemarketing calls). This should include ALL calls, from ANYONE, unless the person being called has specifically agreed to accept these calls. And do not allow the telemarketers to claim acceptance though the use of convoluted opt out forms. To be effective, the rule must be no calls unless the recipient has opted IN.
