I support changes to the Telemarking Sales Rule that would prohibit abandoning phone calls placed by "Robo" calls. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to pick up the phone after it has rang two times only to hear a "click" on the other end because the robo caller was connected to one of the other multiple numbers dialed and another person picked up their phone before I did, causing all of the other calls to be automatically dropped.
