PLEASE, PLEASE BAN ROBO CALLS (unsolicited pre-recorded calls) COMPLETELY! I am on both the national and state do-not-call lists and STILL get these obnoxious robo calls all the time. lt is not enough to have an opt out feature (which many of the robo callers do not offer). When I try to speak to a human to get me off the calling list, the person just hangs up on me. It is nearly impossible to identify the source of a robo call in order to file a complaint with the do-not-call list. These calls are an invasion of privacy and should be outlawed entirely. Thank you.
