I disagree with the FTC's proposed amendment. The ability to receive automated reminder calls for prescription refills is very important to my family. My father is 77 years old and is on a number of different medications. Receiving a reminder call during which he can choose to refill his prescription is critical to his continued health. I would be very disappointed if his health-care provider were unable to continue to offer such a service due to the proposed amendments.
