When deciding to ban all pre-recorded messages to consumers, please consider that you will be lumping in sophisticated automated speech recognition (ASR) systems into this ban. ASR systems have the capability to respond to called parties' responses including but not limited to requests to be placed on the calling partys' do no call list.
