This is a terrible regulation. Current automated software provides the best possibilities in useful interactive solutions. Aside from reminders which inform me of account balances, its also a more efficient process than talking to offshore representatives who don't know what they are talking about. Limiting possibilities does not help our society. I hope this regulation is not passed at all.
