I will always prefer pre-recorded messages to live agents. I HATE talking to a live agent and am more likely to just hang up if I hear an agent on the line right off the bat. I prefer being able to just listen and only interact by pressing a button. I also do not mind being contacted by by companies that I do business with, with recorded messages conaining relevant and/or benificial information for me. Things such as flight seat upgrades or availability of generic drugs are things I want to know about. There is a difference between companies cold-selling items and companines offering benifits and/or upgrades to a customer. Please don't make it a crime for the companies that I do business to contact me with relevant information!
