Please do not allow telemarketers to use spam blitzes or any other techniques that circumvent the no-call list criteria. I signed on to the no-call list over a year ago but still get about 10 calls a day from so-called surveys, communications companies wanting me to change my service, various 800 numbers, etc., ad nauseum. The criteria for the no call list needs to be MUCH tighter so these loopholes are plugged!
