Please reconsider removing debt settlement as an option for Americans to get out of their financial struggle. I am grateful for having the debt settlement option when I was struggling and not having to claim bankruptcy. Making a percentage of payment towards your debt is taking responsibilty for your debt than not paying anything towards your debt. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
