I can not believe that the federal governrment is considering enacting a change that favors the companies that do not care about the common man. This rule change is utterly ridiclous. I have been through debt settlement, and it was very helpful, I was abel to settle and not file bankruptcy. Supposedly the credit collection is not able to threaten according to the FTC, well that is not the case, I was threaten, yelled at on the phone, and the only suppport I received was through debt settlement. I can onle hope that the true meaning of our constitution is adhered to and this change is not approved.
