Comments:Dear Sirs, The firm American Financial services or AFS, helped me settle many debts without having to file for bankruptcy. Without this company or ones like it, I would have been forced to file for bankruptcy due to a small income I live on, because of disabilities. Because of this company and there settlement capabilities I was able to settle my accounts with the credit card companies and now can live my life without as much worry and stress as before. Shutting these companies down will put a major financial strain on millions of debt holders, who would then have to file for bankruptcy and nothing get repaid. So which would you rather have, a debt settlement company and get at least half the money back or bankruptcy and get none?
