My name is Fred Evans, I live in TX with my wife and two children. 3 years ago I had a job that was eliminated from the company that I worked for and I had about 30 days to make a decision about what path I would travel to further my career. I chose to go a totally different route than what I had been doing for the past 12+ years. In doing so I incurred some expenses and lost a lot of income until I was able to establish a history and good record within the industry that I'm now apart of. During that time I lost a car and struggled to keep my house and the people in it fed and clothed. My wife contacted DSA(Debt Settlement America) and we started down a path that allowed us to work with our creditors and make payments while we saved more money to pay off said creditors at a lower amount than what we owed. By doing this we were able to avoid bankruptcy and still live more comfortably than we had been. I ask you to reconsider any changes you wish to make to an industry that has helped us and I am sure many other families with stories similar to ours. Thank you for your consideration. Fred Evans
