1. My debt to income ratio was bad and it was getting to where my minimum payments were totally killing my budget. I went through bankruptcy 10 years ago and didn't want to go down that road again. 2. I had 5 credit cards that totaled close to $20,000. $10,000 of that was on 2 cards and DR was able to negotiate that down to around $3000 3. DR's customer service reps have been nothing but nice and understanding with me. They've been very helpful in explaining the program to me. 4. I would hate to see DR or any other debt settlement company go out of business. They provide a valuable service to the public. Those credit companies out there make a killing off of people and it's usually people that are already in a bad financial situation. It's not fair. Thank You, Greg Cates</html></body>
