Comments:I wanted to let you know that my debt settlement company pretty much stepped into my life and saved me from sinking. I personally called all my creditors and requested a reduction of interest rate and was informed by each of them that my debt to income ratio was too high. Again I pleaded my case with their supervisor - same response. I am growing close to retirement and wanted to be able to pay my debts off prior to that date. There was no way this was going to happen with the credit card companies attitude. Therefore, I contacted Debt Regret and they have settled more than one half dozen of my debts. They have also taught me how important it is to manage my income as well as debt. Without this wonderful organization and their great personnel I would still be drowning in debt; at least now I'm treading water and can see a light at the end of the tunnel (so to say). Debt Regret is doing just fine without rules and regulations. Real caring people help those who need help - big organizations (credit card companies) just want to bleed you to death.
