Comments:My husband and I turned to a debt negotiation company when we found ourselves in tremendous credit card debt and felt no where to turn after spending years just barely meeting the monthly minimal payments and getting no where due to the enormous interest rates charged by the companies and miscellaneous fees. We felt this method would be better for us than to turn to bancruptcy as we are honest citizens and wanted to pay back as much of our debt as possible. After much research we turned to a company called Debt Regret and that has been the best decision we could have made. The customer service we have been provided is awesome, theyve been there for us every step of the way and have always addressed all out questions and concerns in a timely manner. After a litte over a year they have successfully settled 3 huge debts of ours originally totally around $35,000 and have settled them at around 30% We are so grateful. We plead to you not to regulate companies like this out of business because without them consumers would have no other options than to file bancruptcy or sink deeper and deeper into debt.Just like anything, there are pros and cons and good companies and bad, but in our opinion Debt Regret far suprasses all of our expectations and we are so glad we had an opportunity to work with them. We feel there are alot of others in the same situation who would greatly benefit their services. Please keep these valauable companies in business.
