Make Caller ID Spoofing illegal for everybody, even for entertainment purposes. Eliminate UNKNOWN, UNAVAILABLE, PRIVATE CALLER, ANONYMOUS, and OUT OF AREA on Caller IDs and actually ID the real caller. This would apply to interstate calls, intrastate calls, and over seas callers.
