Since the massive majority of people do not want any telemarketing calls they should be outlawed period. If you are on the do not call list you should not get any calls. It should be my choice. If i am on the list the caller should be fined $10,000. paid to the person called. The percentage of people that want those idiots to call them is very small and they can choose not to be on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
