Dear regulator, I am strongly opposed to receiving unsolicited voice mail "spam". To me, this proposed new law does not prevent the privacy violations and nuisance that telemarketing calls inflict. There is no difference in the annoyance factor whether it is an unsolicited call from a living, breathing human or a recorded call from a machine designed to spam millions of telephones effortlessly. Spam is spam, whether it is email spam or voice mail spam, it is to be eliminated. Sincerely, Ravi Animi
