I am on the national do not call list for my home phone and cell phone. Since I signed up, I've had peace and quiet and no annoying calls from obnoxious telemarketers. I can't believe that people are considering changing that. I don't want to hear from telemarketers at all, automated or manual. I pay for my phones and do not want unsolicited businesses using them. The very organizations considering this are the ones who are supposed to protect the consumer. Stop this crazy idea!
