I am in support of the proposed rule change, in which I would be able to receive prerecorded messages from businesses that I use frequently. I need reminders from my doctor, dentist and nail technician. I also love to know about sales at my favorite stores. I prefer not to have to fill out and sign forms to get that information. Thank you.
