I am supporting of the proposed rule change. As a employee working for a company where part of my responsibility is to call our existing customers to remind them of appointments this rule change would allow my company to perform this service with a pre-recorded message which would not waste valuable and expensive employee time. And as a consumer I would like to receive these types of messages rather than talk with a live person.
