I would like to be able to get pre-recorded messages from businesses I have a relationship with. It is a great reminder for appointments, new sales and great offers. I would much rather have a message than a live person. That way, I can listed to and save the message to hear later and I don't have to talk to a live person. If I get a live pre-recorded message, it is great too. This is a much better use of the system than live people anyway. Please consider how useful this tool would be to all business and consumers. Thanks!
