Comments:
Automated calling increases the chances that errors will have a negative impact on large numbers of individuals. A simple error in setting the parameters for a call campaign will not be caught until someone can bring it to the attention of the managing unit. In the case of these calls that could take a very long time. In that period many erroneous call will have been made. This is not in the best interests of the American telephone subscriber.
