Comments:
As a marketing professional and retail consumer, I am in support of the FTC’s proposed rule change regarding my being able to receive pre-recorded messages from businesses with which I have an established relationship. I appreciate getting reminders from my accountant, doctor, dry cleaners and favorite stores. However, I find it extremely inconvenient to sign another form just to receive these helpful reminders. Therefore, I am in support of the FTC change to the TSR.
