A DO NOT CALL lsit means exactly that. Allowing the loophole to have a pre-recorded message and a dialling software defeats the purpose of the rule. Also, there is noeasy way a consumer can tell the calling company to take his/her name off their list. This is a retrograde step which will telephone subscribers badly. Please stop this madness
